DATES & DEADLINES:
May 20: Voting for your favorite Holiday Catalog Cover Art opens.
June 1: Last day to initiate a saturation mail order.
June 15: Last day to order catalogs.
GETTING STARTED
Visit RAMPbooks.com, select HOLIDAY under Bookstores, select “CLICK TO ORDER NOW,” and create an account. (Email address and store information - easy!) If you ordered Summer Catalogs, you already have an account.
The pop-up that opens will walk you through the process. An extra-cool feature is the Cost Estimator, where you can experiment with various options and decide which ones will work best for your budget.

CHOOSE FROM THREE OPTIONS:
Express Order: Catalogs and online catalog. Up to 7,000 free catalogs. (No imprinting.)
Full Order: All of the above plus cover imprinting. $100. Newspaper inserts and saturation mail are optional. (Have your credit card ready.)
~ If adding newspaper insertion, have the newspaper name, shipping address, contact information, and the number of catalogs you wish to insert ready to enter.
~ For saturation mail, Suzanne will work with you to tailor it to your budget. Once you check an interest box for saturation mail, options will appear for the next steps.
CALIBA will rebate up to $200 for newspaper insertions and saturation mailings.

*About Saturation Mail: Unlike EDDM, saturation mailings don’t need to hit every mailbox in a ZIP Code, city, carrier route, or radius. Saturation mail options can include demographic information such as residences with median property value, household income, age, % of households with children, etc. The cost is .20 per piece, a savings over Every Door Direct Mail twe’ve used in previous years. It’s perfect for reaching new customers in your neighborhood.
